Mirca is a fishing settlement, located on the northern side of the island about 3 km from Supetar. Mirca was founded by the residents of Sutivan and Donji Humac in the 16th century and today gives the impression of a typical Mediterranean village. The population is mostly engaged in agriculture and are increasingly turning to tourism. The tourist offer is enriched with the parish church of Our Lady of the Visitation from the year 1733 in which you can see the Pieta ', the work of painter Felix Tironi from Supetar. We also recommend you take a stroll along the footpath "Olive trails" where you can learn about the olive growing tradition of the island. Accommodation in Mirca you can find in very nice apartments, rooms and villas with swimming pools and away from the bustle of the city where you can enjoy the sun, sea and lovely gravely beaches.
